We stand by MapSnip. If our extension doesn't significantly improve your workflow within the first 14 days, we'll refund your purchase in full.
1. 14-Day Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all MapSnip plans. If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, contact us within 14 days of your original purchase to request a full refund.
2. Exclusions
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- Requests made after 14 days from the original transaction.
- Accounts suspended due to violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., severe rate limit abuse or API misuse).
- Renewal charges for ongoing subscriptions (unless explicitly requested within 24 hours of the charge).
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our billing support team at support@mapsnip.com with your receipt or invoice number. Payments are securely processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, and refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear on your original payment method.
